SajuKemi Guide

How should I read the compatibility score?

A compatibility result is not a score that determines whether a relationship will succeed; it is one perspective for starting a conversation.

The compatibility score and interpretation are reference information that describes relationship characteristics based on the entered Saju expressions; they do not determine a person’s value or the future of a relationship.

Look at the explanation together with the score

Rather than judging a relationship as good or bad based on a single number, read together about what fits well, what differs, and what you can try doing together.

The actual experiences, conversations, consent, and safety within a relationship matter more than any interpretation.

Do not use this for evaluation or prediction.

Colleague compatibility is not material for predicting or deciding hiring, performance reviews, work assignments, or team performance. It must not be used as a basis for controlling or making assumptions about the other person, even in romantic or friendship relationships.

Frequently asked questions

Does a low score mean the relationship is bad?

No. The results do not make definitive statements about relationships and do not replace real conversations and experiences.

Can I use a workplace colleague’s result in an HR decision?

No. SajuKemi is not a basis for hiring, evaluation, or work assignments.
