After creating my Saju, I send a chemistry invitation link to my colleague. The colleague enters their own information directly on their own device, and the two of us can view only the results together.
Your date and time of birth are not visible to the other person, and results that can be shared do not mean they are publicly searchable.
Not material for greetings or evaluations
Colleague compatibility is only a reference for reflecting on work conversations and ways of collaborating. It must not be used to make or predict decisions about hiring, performance reviews, placement, compensation, or team performance.
If the result feels uncomfortable, stop sharing it and prioritize actual work-related information and conversations with the people involved.
